Password Reset, Lockout and MFA Re-registration

Self-service reset at aka.ms/sspr works if you still have a registered method. New phone or lost authenticator: IT verifies identity in person or by a video call with your manager, then issues a Temporary Access Pass.
Forgot password
Use self-service reset (aka.ms/sspr) from any browser.
New or lost phone
IT cannot reset MFA from an email or chat request alone. IT verifies who you are (in person, or video call with your manager present), then issues a one-time Temporary Access Pass so you can register the Authenticator app on the new phone.
Locked out
Lockout clears after 15 minutes. Repeated lockouts can mean an old password saved on a phone or a mapped drive.
