Conference Rooms and Customer Visits

Conference room displays use the HDMI cable on the table or the wireless dongle. For customer audits or visits, book a room check with IT a day ahead.

  • Laptop not showing: use Windows+P > Duplicate, try the other HDMI port, power-cycle the display with the remote.
  • For customer audits and visits, ask IT for a room check the day before. IT tests the display, camera and guest Wi-Fi.
